Owners form: name, phone, email, area and property details, to prepare your revenue estimate and contact you about managing your home.

Enquiries and bookings: name, contact details, dates and number of guests, to answer your enquiry, manage your booking and meet the legal guest-registration requirements.

WhatsApp or email messages: the data you send us, to deal with your request.

Your consent, when you send a form or write to us; pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract, when you ask for an estimate or a booking; and compliance with legal obligations (such as guest registration and tax rules).

We keep business contact data while there is mutual interest and for no longer than two years after the last contact. Booking and invoicing data are kept for the periods required by law.

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To provide our service we use processors acting on our behalf: website hosting (Vercel Inc.), database and management software (Supabase Inc.) and email delivery (Resend Inc.). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area, always with GDPR safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your data is also processed under WhatsApp's privacy policy.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@eraholidayrentals.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections, per-user access control and backups.
