Our story
ERA was born three years ago from inside the industry. We were working on the maintenance team of a holiday rental management company, and there we learned how the business really works: the systems in use, the processes followed and everything that could be done better.
One day we asked ourselves a simple question: why keep working for someone else when we could try it ourselves, with drive and our own way of doing things? Years of hard work, mistakes and learning followed, and out of all of it ERA was born.
The name sums up that journey: Effort, Resilience and Ambition (Esfuerzo, Resiliencia, Ambición). It's also a statement of intent: the beginning of a new era, for us and for holiday rentals.
Today we work differently. All our processes are automated and we partner with a company specialised in artificial intelligence and automation, which lets us deliver a faster, more precise and more transparent service than a traditional agency.
