We study your property and offer a fixed rent paid every month, whatever the occupancy. We take on the management and the risk.
Can I use my home whenever I want?
Yes. Request the dates from your portal and the calendar is blocked on every channel.
What exactly can I see in the portal?
Your bookings, your monthly payout, occupancy, expenses with receipts, your invoices and photo reports.
What if my property doesn't have a tourist licence yet?
We handle the entire tourist-rental registration process and the single national registration number.
