Frequently asked questions
How do you prevent parties in a Puerto Banús apartment?
We vet every booking, apply clear house rules and maximum occupancy, and we're reachable 24/7 for any issue.
Is home staging worth it here?
Yes: in such a competitive area, the first photo decides the booking and the nightly rate.
How much do you charge for management?
It depends on the property and the services you need. We prepare a free study with an income estimate and the exact commission, with no obligation.
How does the guaranteed monthly rent work?
We study your property and offer a fixed rent paid every month, whatever the occupancy. We take on the management and the risk.
Can I use my home whenever I want?
Yes. Request the dates from your portal and the calendar is blocked on every channel.
